I had acute pulmonary embolism 1 month back and was on high dose blood thinners and 15 L/min oxygen. Still my SpO2 was below 95%. Now after listening to the mantra, the O2 saturation is 97% on room air and in 6MWT desat. max is 5% which is completely normal. There are so many things which science can't explain but still its happening all around us.

Earlier I was chanting Gayatri mantra randomly without checking the facing direction.
One day in a dream I saw a person standing opposite to the direction of Sun and chanting (Sun rays were falling on his back)
Since then I am following directions as well.
Basically we have to face east in morning and noon and west in evening.
