Este mantra cambio mi vida por completo. Hace un año atravesaba una crisis por consumo de sustancias, llego a mi, y en mi ultimo dia de consumo llore y lo escuche toda la noche. Al dia siguiente pedi ayuda, y hoy estoy por el camino de la recuperacion. Pidiendo todos los dias a mi guia que me guie por el camino correcto para tomar decisiones acertadas y sin dudas tambien para agradecerle. Espiritualmente dije basta, solo no puedo. Y algo que no considero coincidencia, en uno de los talleres del tratamiento que hice, iniciabamos la relajacion y el contacto con nuestro interior con este mantra. Sin dudas es una señal. Mas que agradecido a mi guia espiritual y a este mantra que me dio sano juicio en el momento preciso para cambiar de rumbo mi vida. Les deseo la paz y una vida en gratitud a todo aquel que lea mi mensaje y al que no tambien.

Beautiful. This reminds me of when my mum use to sing this mantra after the Aarti. It takes be back to our old living room. The sun would be shine through the windows lighting up the whole room and the warmth. Life was simple and happy. Now it's just dark with day to day stress. Trying to cope with the passing of my mum and the game of life. Everything I listen to this mantra. I just felling lifted.
