Have you ever tried roasted edamame beans?

This is a really simple snack that is higher in protein compared to something like an energy balls or even just nuts!

My fav thing is to just throw them into a trail mix though with nuts, seeds, dried fruit!

I’m cooking them at around 200c/375f for almost 30 mins, but just check every 10 mins & give them a quick mix!

You want them crispy & golden brown!

I just bought some dill pickle flavored roasted edamame on amazon and now I want to make my own to save on the coast. This is such a good snack

I absolutely hate the taste of edamame beans. I tried it few times in salad. Also after discovering they are soy beans, I was happy as felt guilty for picking them out all the time as I thought they were good. I never will touch them again. Soy is no good for men spiking excess estrogen production. Plenty other beans and greens with same and more vits and mins. No need for them for men, except in state of starvation.
