I have a problem, I thought the compostite mean would be a single mean for all the 6 variables (catering for all the cases in the data)? What is see here is a mean for each of the case. How do i calculatet a single average and standard deviation for all the cases so that i can say the satisifaction tend to be close to a specific mean with a specific stnadard deviation
