Im 70, I love doing these, and I bought 2 ironmind little big horns, and use them with 2 Olympic stubby weight plate pins, with 50lbs on each for farmers walks and static holds! Try it!😅😅😅👍

For anyone who is interested in this, be cautious. I would start slow with light weight. If you are not careful and overdo it, you will end up with a clicking feeling in the ulnar area after a while, and lifting weights will become uncomfortable. But, if you practice with caution go ahead!!

Bro what ur doin is fine but to make it more effective u should use a pronation ring as it increases the point of rotation that leads in better stimulating the pronator.

I know as stupid as it sounds I do all my pronation supination wrist etc lifts by holding my forearm in place around the wrist to stabilize it to isolate it more. Another hack to work your pronator is take a barbell and put the weights on one side then bend over and post to one side so you perform a 90° movement and locking it out with the weight at the top of the 90.

I see the strip/band is all in your hand. You have done this move a lot of times but doesn’t is hurt the wrist for an beginner or should you go lighter if it hurts your wrist.
