You can easily figure out if customer success has any meaningful impact. I wonder if they actually did that…

Have you ever heard of customer retainment? Or, higher product utilization via targeted enablement? Did you know that the byproduct of that is less customer churn, organic growth, and higher customer satisfaction? If you want to take 5 minutes, you can probably do the research yourself, but there it is in a nutshell.
