She was wrong. She ripped him off of the experiment and her spot could have been given to an applicant who would give the process 100%. I hope he gets a chance to be rematched for the next season. He deserves it. He sounds like an amazing catch. All the best.

The real question is: Why is Lifetime and MAFs proud of their failure to vet contestants who are serious about the process and actually ready to marry a stranger? Why not go to the couple and offer them an out in the days leading up to the wedding. Why have this man standing at the altar – then try to capitalize on it?

Shame on Production for letting it get this far. Plus, her identity was protected while his was not. The matches are getting worse and worse on this show. I’m also upset about the bride who has an illness that may very well affect her ability to have children. I actually enjoy the Australia version much much better also on Lifetime TV.

She should be embarrassed for that behaviour. To walk down the aisle and embarrass and hurt a stranger. He escaped a very troubled woman there. Hold your head up and keep moving Michael ❤

I don't believe they were "protecting her identity." I believe they recognized that she played production and the experts for fame, and in the process took the opportunity away from a serious contestant. They didn't want to give her to satisfaction of the 15 minutes of fame she was clearly seeking, while disregarding the time and feelings of everyone involved. Beyond that, I believe they were doing their best to not encourage this behavior from anyone else. If a ton of clout chasers saw that you could get on TV just by walking down the aisle and rejecting your partner, there would be a huge uptick in (fake) applicants. Whether this was staged or not, which it very well may have been OF COURSE, I really appreciate that they didn't give the woman leaving the screen time.
