Watched a man place a knife on my moms throat at 3, lost my grandmother at 13. I went down a road of depression, drugs, women and drinking until I ended up in prison with 6 felons and 2 kids out of wedlock. By 19 years old, I watched my best friend get 100 years in prison, when it could’ve been me in the car with him that night. Today, I’m 32 and alive and free because of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Thank you Lord for accepting me into your family and giving me a second chance when the world wrote me off and left me for dead! Nothing in this world can compare to your love. Tears come to my eyes when I think about your amazing grace!

For 40 years I led a life of drugs, sexual debauchery, thieving, lying, just immoral through and through. Soon after my Grandma's passing I went back to church, the Catholic Church, for a year and a half I sat and felt nothing, I needed something, and saw a video and decided to buy my first Bible, and in it, I found salvation through the love of Jesus Christ, then I found me a Church that was alive, I could feel the love I knew the Lord was there waiting for me, I surrendered to the Lord on January 13 2019, and was Baptized 7/28/2019. And while I'm still a sinner through and through I know I am saved cause I have been cleansed with the blood of Jesus Christ.

I heard this song at my sons funeral today, it was his favorite song. He was only 43 years old and had 3 miracles in his life. He was 25 when he was given 12 hours to live. After the pastor and I laid hands on him we knew Jesus would let him live. He received a kidney from a living donor in church. He is in the medical journals as the sickest person from kidney failure ever to survive. Never give up on God to bring you up when your down, the church was packed with all the people he touched in his short life. I’m glad this was his favorite song and I’m glad he accepted Christ when I shared the gospel with him. I can’t wait to be in heaven with him and spend eternity with all my brothers and sisters in Christ it’s going to be awesome.😊🙏❤️🦅

So I am recently gaining an interest in Christ from being an Athiest and started reading the Bible these past few days and have been finding videos exploring where to start. The other day I clicked on a random Easter Sunday livestream someone had shared on their facebook page and as soon as I did, the minister then addressed non-believers but those who are curious which I thought was very coincidental. After watching a video of someone talking about worship music yesterday I looked some up and the song that stuck out most to me that I wanted to hear was this one and I'm starting to think there's more at work than simple 'coincidences'. Since I heard it for the first time last night I keep thinking about it. I still don't know if this is the path I want to take but there is definitely a pull towards it.

I wasn't raised up, I was dragged up in an abusive home. I watched my mom shoot my dad in his face at 11, I was drinking heavily by 13 and hooked on meth at 20. I was running as far and as fast as I could from our what you can't out run him. He showed me his undeniable love and at 33 I gave control of a life out of control to The Great I Am. At 34 I lost my mom to suicide, but He pulled me through it. At 38 He put me in Youth Ministry. We all have a weapon to use and it is our testimony. Whether it is in a song or knocking on a stranger's door to share the Gospel, stand up and use it please. Had it not been for some folks being obedient to His word I may not have made it.

2 months ago, I hated God with all my heart. Now 2 months later, I'm a changed man because of God. He spoke to me, healed me, and as I surrendered to Him. I truly accepted Him on July 23, 2017. Praise God Almighty.
