“True Story” Streets of Philadelphia. What happened today, August 2022.

My poor old neighborhood. It was once a working class area and I could walk there without thinking twice. Some of my best memories are of going to that library with my mother in the late 60’s, early 70’s. There looks like there are more drug users in the area than usual. It’s getting worse. I’ll never understand why anyone would even think about putting that crap into their bodies. The city should be going after the dealers.
