Do your research before you spend your money. The controller on the eBay page clearly is an Coolmoon RGB controller. If you want A-RGB 5V Controller, you will find controllers with an extra wire. They call that controller model as "Coolmoon Music Controller"... Look for Coolmoon Music Controller and nothing will ever go wrong. I have 2 Coolmoon Music Controllers for different sized fans. Use different controllers for different sized fans, as recommended by Coolmoon technicians.

I have to say that there is a coolmoon rgb hub that is compatible with 5v 3pin headers as I have one with 5 coolmoon rgb fans and all for £40. The coolmoon hub I have is even MUSIC REACTIVE . It is the seller that you should have the complaint against as I have never had any issues with coolmoon rgb accessories and have used for some years. Great as a cheaper argb fan alternative. Highly recommended which is a contradiction to this video.

You just got the wrong model is all. There is a version where lights can be synced with mobo headers, this one didn't have it.

i have the first generation of coolmoon set with 6pcs rgb with skull logo and not the coolmoon text, the old black controller come without the onboard led on it(what posted in the video its a new model) the fan set is working since feb 2018, led is working ok with the remote, fans cant control the speed so i soldered a cheap fan speed controller and its working perfect 3 and half years

Now adding one more Frost T5 cpu cooler to my collections. BTW, i'm using Gigabyte B560M board and Signal RGB for the sync

Wrong review. I connected it to my Asus Aura connector pin. It Syncs pretty well. The pin name on the motherboard is “AURA Addressable Gen 2 Header.”Motherboard is B550-F wifi.

My remote stopped working after a month or so too. Tried new battery and still nothing. I just used the led button on my case and ran it to the controller and that works fine. You can use the lead from the reset button on your case if you don't have a led button. As for the argb...the seller sent you the wrong kit, they make 2 kinds.

I bought a set of 5x 140mm fans with a controller and it blows and glows green and that's all I really wanted, in addition, a set of five fans cost me as much as one fan of a well-known brand. I bought this fans, hub and as well as the ram heatsink. All of them fine. No issue. Maybe u r the one that is expecting too much from this or maybe u are being scammed by the seller.

you must of got scammed from the person you bought them of as i have these fans in my gaming pc and they work perfect and keep my pc at 40c on the most demanding of games and you can have them on the 3 pin motherboard controller the only boards they don't seem to support is gigabyte boards so you must of just got scammed big time as mine work perfect and as we all know all fans die at some point no matter what the cost and just because some fans cost mega buks don't make them good if i made a fan and sold it for 100 dollars or pounds some mug would still buy them even if they where rubbish. the thing is you don't always get what you paid for.

And this is boys why u dont buy stuff on ebay. I got this coolmoon fans for 50$ in banggood and they are great unit today. Title is missleading
