I have seen a lot of off spin tutorials
But guess what I get 20-25 runs in an over because the bowl does not spin and its just a slow normal ball.

The only thing id say is remeber to grip the bottom half of the ball with your 4th and 5th fingers as well - that locks it all it place so the ball doesnt slip before u release it
