The graveyard right next to the Slime NPC is a great spot to do quest for leveling up your forms. It spawns lots of baddies, simply farm and then exit to the next area below to reset the baddies, then return and repeat.

Trick with that move one he's talking about you can use slugs slime slide in a corner and count as movement

The Tower of Atonement is my go to location to grind out quests. I think the only character I wasn't able to take to S there was the Mechanic from the DLC because he needs tougher monsters for some of his objectives.
