A better way is to at night find a couple of roofs that have vents on them and glide back and forth with the glider. Give about 4k xp per minute and if you get in a chase it can be even more.

Do the armor stuff and if your good at parkour at night get one of the screamer zombies to scream at you and run for as long as you want but don’t die the more higher the chase level is the more xp you get

Idk how much you used to get but with 24% parkour bonus at night I get 27exp each jump. Not bad I guess but seeing as I need almost 13, 000 to gain a level I assume this has been patched or toned down from an update because if ppl are getting tens of thousands of exp from 25-30xp leaps then I hope you don’t have a family or job that needs you
