Sir if we obtain both uplift pressure(-ve values) and downward pressure(+ve values) combined in those (8 values of) Windward and leeward in 0 and 90 degrees, should we apply wind load in both upward and downward local-direction in the purlins?

Any reason for not considering the Table 4 for the cladded rectangular buildings? Isn't it require to apply wind force on the columns?
