Hi everyone, I am a newly single mom of 4 that's going through the divorce process. this video is me trying to have a budget set up with low income. please comment down below with any suggestions.

You will be FINE. Literally in the first 3 minutes you've said enough to indicate, in my opinion, that you're practical and realistic and willing to prioritize your spending. You will do great! Keep going and dont let people convince you it's weird to prioritize money the way you see fit. This is what I dislike the most. I'm also single parent and still mow my own lawn because it's not worth $$ to me. People always comment about it, someone called me a peasant. Whateva--I have savings and they have debt. 🙂

Wow, this is really good, I am a single mother too who struggles with budgeting. I have found that the 50/30/20 rule works well for me. 50% spending on needs, 30% on wants and 20% on savings. Right now I dont have a savings because that portion goes to paying off debt. Once I get it paid off I will have that 20% for savings. Great job, looking forward to more videos.
