Doc, you can explain the 4cm point that you brought up? In total or per stretch? I was thinking of using the more simple Y version of the test for some soccer players to test them.

holy crap this video just gave a taste of the worst flavor of nostalgia. currently studying for the cscs. i now remember watching this a decade ago or more while studying in PT school. great vid though!
