In Endgame, Thanos uses a Blade from his Thanoscopter.

I’m here from the future to confirm that the Thanoscopter isn’t in Avengers 3, sadly, but there is a helicopter in the end credits scene that crashes into a building because of Thanos so that counts for something, right?

I remember an episode of the Adam West Batman series, where he had a 'bat-bike'. It was a bicycle he kept in the bat-mobile; Incase he had Alfred with him, so Alfred could get home.

For me, it's a tie between Wonder Woman's invisible jet (really? If you're going to have her fly in an invisible vehicle, why not just make her able to fly like Superman?) and any vehicle made for an action figure line that is given to a character that doesn't need a vehicle. The Human Torch can fly and is literally on fire, you do not need to give him a motorcycle that has a gas tank literally below his flaming crotch.
