Creamy Peanut Noodles

Here’s an easy dish you can make in just about 10 minutes!

I’m using fresh wheat noodles, which are slightly thick and chewy. They can be found in the refrigerated section of Asian grocery stores, but any noodles of your choice will work too. Just remember to slowly add the hot leftover noodle cooking water as you mix to get the sauce to the perfect consistency–the amount will depend on the noodle type and starchiness level. Keep in mind the sauce will also thicken as it cools.

I have made these before. They were so good. I think that I used yum yum sauce instead of oyster sauce though and added some fresh green beans and peppers.

I tried makeing thé sauce than after a lot of soy sauce I realized I only had peanut butter and sugar so I added that then sun yum yum sauce bc of another comment and some stir fry sauce bc it was made with sesame and in about 10 minutes my noodles will be ready so I hope it’s good 😅


Edit: it was pretty good except I only ate half of it because it’s was very filling 😅
