I have a Dell desktop with Window 8.1 on it originally. I upgraded to windows 10 when it became available but it just messed up everything. I've tried everything but still cannot get it back to the original Windows 8.1 that came on the computer originally. Will this do the trick?

Hi I did everything you said but mine says
-run disk cleanup ✔
-copy your files to an external device and delete them from this pc ✔which I already did
-uninstall programs

I did all that but still keeps popping out please help !!!!

I clicked The Remove everything and reinstall Windows But It says "Insert Media Some files are missing. Your Windows installation or recovery media will provide these files. And the only button I see is Cancel
