I’m tickled pink with berberine. Taking it for sugar and lost weight! An unexpected blessing!

Definitely agree with “get in front of it”(menopause). I lost 40 pounds before it hit and so grateful I did because now it’s a struggle just to maintain!

High-fat carnivore has kept me feeling incredible. Due to an emotional trauma I started cheating on my lifestyle diet, and went straight into menopause, nearly overnight. I had hot flashes, nightsweats, etc. It was CRAZY. I went back to high-fat carnivore, with zero carbs, especially zero plants, and BOOM, back to perfect health at almost 55, and zero hot flashes and nightsweats. This was all in the last year.

HIGHLY recommend. I don't count calories (never have...YUCK), and eat until satiated. I'm never hungry, either.

It’s so amazing to see women sharing openly about their menopause experience. It helps everyone!!! Thank you for doing it.

I did want to let you and others on this thread know that vaginal estrogen is not systemic and there are ZERO chances of cancer causing effects with basically estrogen. It helps TREMENDOUSLY with the menopause induced incontinence. It’s pretty cheap too.

It also is critical to help the Vagina not atrophy due to the loss of estrogen. Repeated UTIs, painful sex, intense itching, etc. etc. are helped so very much with vaginal estrogen. You can find it for as little as $15 or $20 per tube.

I once went strict Keto for two years (20 grams carbs per day) and after 6 months I could go days without even thinking about food.

I am a holistic practitioner and have seen amazing clinical results with vibration plates to minimize incontinence.

OMG, I had no idea that my leakage problem was due to menopause. I didn't know what was going on and I never had bladder problems before. Now that I know what the cause is, I looking forward to learning how to fix it. Thanks for making these TMI videos. I'm sure you're helping a lot of women.

One of my biggest symptoms in my 50s was crippling anxiety. Bioidentic hormones were a God sent!

Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles if your experiencing incontinence. We lose muscle as we age without even realizing it. Estrogen plays a roll in
muscle development which contributes to this muscle loss. Don't confuse estrogen dominance with high estrogen during menopause. This usually means
that the ratio between hormones has changed but estrogen is still lower then it was before menopause. If your already working out, you may want to change
your workouts. I'm 55 and have added functional and mobility type of exercises. These focus on movements we do in our everyday life. These
support your joints and neck and prevent aches, pain and injuries that so many people experience as they age. I have to mention making sure you work on
your glutes as well because we really lose those and they are extremely inportant to prevent injuries as we age also.

I found berberine 6 months ago. I have lost 30lbs. It helps with cravings and to keep my blood sugar levels normal. My dr has me taking berberine and alpha lipoic acid together 3 times a day.

I’m brand new to your channel. I’m 55 and entered menopause at 53. My worst symptoms are night sweats, low energy, digestive issues, and nonexistent metabolism. I had no idea about incontinence being linked to menopause. My good friend is 39. She is in perimenopause. She has never been pregnant. She’s recently started suffering with incontinence. She’s been to three different doctors. She’s had ultrasound done. She’s tried antibiotics because one doctor told her she had a rare bacteria in her urine that is really only seen in a hospital setting (that was a weird one). She’s changed her diet. She’s doing exercises to strengthen her pelvic floor. Nothing has worked for her and she’s very distressed. Not one doctor mentioned menopause or peri menopause to her. This is the very first time I’ve ever heard that the two are linked. I subscribed to your channel, because if you find something that works for you, I want to tell my friend. I came here for the berberine info for myself, and got some added info too. Thanks for sharing your story with us.

Thank you for talking about the issues around Menopause. It's refreshing to hear a woman going through a stage that all women will experience being so open & honest with the challenges. I struggled to find good anecdotal support regarding menopause & the associated symptoms, which for me were brutal.

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 13 years ago. I have never taken medication for it but control it with berberine, Ceylon cinnamon and diet.

Not gonna lie. I stopped to watch because I read 'menopause' and thought, BUT SHE'S 20/30ish???
I'm 48 and am, I would assume, perimenopause because I still have regular periods, BUT - I am overweight, down 35lbs, but another 60 to go. You just really inspired me to stick with getting healthier NOW because, IT IS COMING!!!
Thank you!! I'm excited to start following you.

For bladder leakage try getting off sugar (don't replace it with fake sugar substitutes that cause cancer and other illnesses) and gluten (don't replace with high processed, starch substitutes that spike insulin/blood sugar) while taking a good multi 10 + strain probiotic and a cranberry extract supplement. You should notice improvement within weeks. Good luck!
