Finding north and south with the stars (in a Honcho Poncho by Therm-a-Rest)

Come to Finland! Welcome to Porridge Coffee Revisited. On a lovely day it is fairly easy to navigate with the sun. It rises in the east and sets in the west, spending most of its day in the south. But how to find north and south when it’s dark? Well, during a clear sky it is possible to navigate by using the stars.
