Today I'm testing out three interesting kitchen gadgets, all of them by request, and all which seem to be pretty useful. I put them to the test and here are my results. One note: The Ninja chopper was about $20 when I bought it a few months ago but it looks like the price has gone up since then!

Bailey eyeing that burger like "But I mean you COULD share with me..." LOL

I much prefer your reviews than others I've seen on Youtube. The main reasons are, you get right to the point, show what you really get and how easy or hard it is to set up, really try it out live to show how easy or hard it is to use and really show how functional it is. I find you very trustworthy and honest. I like that you don't joke around or give long anecdotes about your life. Also, seeing Bailey is a big bonus.

The Souper Cuber also works as a baking pan. I make individual meat loaves and mini bread loaves. They turn out great. I do find that if after removing from the freezer you leave it out on the counter top for about 30 minutes the food comes out easier.

It amazes me how they manage to keep coming up with ideas to sell us $2 worth of stuff for $30.

I always enjoy it when you bring out the Ninja Chopper to test against products. I'd love to watch an entire series of just the Ninja Chopper against other products.

I have the super cubes, they work well. It’s good for single or two people house holds. I can make a big batch of stuff and freeze some for easy meals later. I put the frozen cubes in freezer bags and label them so I know what it is and when I froze them.

Love my super cube! Have been using it for well over a year. There are just some dishes you just can't make a small amount of and for empty nesters this solves the problem. Also if you have elderly family members you fix meals for, it's wonderful! I freeze the blocks, then put either in a small freezer bag or vacuum seal it for longer storage.

The veggie ricer looks suspiciously like a giant pot grinder

I have carpal tunnel syndrome and I can just feel my hand cramping up, watching him do that cauliflower rice grinder

I've had those Souper Cubes for years. I freeze stock in them. They work great and still look new after dozens of freezes.

7:30 Just skip the middleman and put the soup in the freezer bags to freeze. 1 cup of soup is not enough for most people but if that's what you're aiming for, most ladles are 1/2 cup so two scoops into a bag and presto, 1 cup of soup.

i have the shape and store. i smash the hamburger up and add onions or whatever in before putting in container. once frozen, remove and put in freezer bag. it isn't meant to keep in the freezer, the food will freezer burn in it. you can store in the refrigerator, not the freezer.

If Ninja does a infomercial for that chopper and DOESN'T hire James as the pitchman, they are all clinically insane.

I like the idea of both the souper cube and the burger press. I would use both of those. The cauliflower ricer looks to be hard to do if your hands and wrists aren't up to the task. Which mine are not. Thanks for the video, James!!!

I see a lot of homesteaders use the souper cube for making their butter squares. I would love to make the hamburgers with the burger press. It looks awesome.

James, I think the pot that you used to reheat your frozen stew has seen better days😂😂😂👀

I use the Shape and Store burger containers. They save a lot of space in the freezer because of the flat uniform size. I use the patties though as rough estimates for other recipes (roughly 1/4 pound hamburger each). It is nice if you are cooking for two.

For both the meat patty and stew freezing thing, once it has froze, you can take it out and individually packed them into maybe ziploc bag or vacuum bag then chuck it into the freezer, it would take up less space without the freeze tray. It free up the tray again to either keep it away or start freezing a new batch.

I freeze soup and stew by putting a freezer bag inside a margarine container. Same result but easier to place in a full freezer as each is individual.
