How to swim through an Island

Umfin Island lives 3 km off western Donegal in the Republic of Ireland, it is home only to sea birds and seals. Running through this island is a 300-metre long sea cave/tunnel, it runs right through the island and is very narrow in two short sections.
In this short film, Iain Miller swims through the tunnel at low tide from the landward side to the Atlantic side.

Ian has done this an another great video kayaking through Umfin island, there are other islands where this is possible in Donegal but people haven't posted them
