OTT makes flat sounds 3d. It's basically a multi band compressor? One of the easiest to use I can just go by ear with it truly a gem.

I love OTT. It's funny that i never use regular compressor since it's too complicated for me i just throw an OTT on mix bus or even on master and play around with depth knob to glue things up or use as regular compressor.

I would be surprised if any credible mastering engineer was mastering with OTT
