I once volunteered at an environmental center years ago helping to remove an invasive plant species from a marshy area (can't remember which species, it was in Indiana if anyone might know). Fortunately for me, I wore pants, which I also tucked into my boots as a force of habit from years of backpacking and camping. Others wore shorts and even sandals as it was quite hot out that day. So anyway, some of my classmates started feeling light-headed or dizzy after spending some time out in the water. At first we thought it might have been just slight heat exhaustion, but once people starting departing the water, we quickly realized the cause. Leeches, and a freakin' ton of them! We pulled nearly 30 leeches off a friend of mine that day. She was freakin' out. I had never seen anything like it before in my life. I was like one of three people who left the water without any leeches stuck to them. They were everywhere. It was pretty wild and gross.

In One Punch Man we see Genos use his incineration cannon to blow away the House of Evolution building along with a large area of land. Saitama later blows away a large area of land with the force of the displaced air from his punch. Could you maybe do an episode to determine how possible(although unrealistic) these scenarios are and how much force/firepower would be needed to destroy that much stuff?

Mosquitoes and leeches easily make my list of things I wouldn't mind seeing go extinct.

I would like to see if you could take the various life forms in the ranks of the Zerg(from Starcraft) and see if their attributes and qualities are actually feasible, for example a Zerg creature called the Roach is able to regenerate its innards fast enough to stave off its own weapon(its stomach acid) eating it alive or how Corruptors fly and hover in place. I would love a deeper dive into them than Blizzard has provided in a realistic light. Sounds like fodder for plenty of interesting episodes.
