This Gmail template feature will save you time!

Gmail has a feature called templates (formerly "canned responses") that will allow you to quickly insert a pre-written reply to a message.

This feature is a great way to quickly reply with commonly requested information:
- Login instruction
- Links to frequently requested resources
- Steps to fill out your expense report, sub request, etc
- Automating replies for tech support tickets

The template feature is NOT enabled by default. The first thing you need to do is turn it on.

Then you can set up as many templates as you would like!
