Samsung TVs have been exhibiting a strange behavior as of late, with some owners reporting that their televisions are turning on and off by themselves.

This behavior is concerning to many Samsung TV owners, who have had to resort to unplugging their TVs in fear of potential damage or fire hazards.

The problem appears to be occurring across multiple Samsung TV models, including the 2020 QLED 8K lineup. Although the cause behind this issue has yet to be determined, it appears that the automatic power cycling could be related to software or firmware updates.

Some affected users have reported that resetting the Smart Hub can temporarily resolve the issue; however, it typically will recur shortly after.
