HOA does not give her the right to steal, trespass or destroy property . Have her charged.

There isn't an HOA in the country that allows anyone to trespass and steal someone's property. The most action they could take is after sending a couple of warning letters explaining the violation, to fine the homeowner and if it escalates further, take the HO to court. I sure hope this guy called the cops and had her charged.

We had a friend who was dying of Cancer. She loved Christmas because its a time of year most people are happy. Even though it was late July she put up all her Christmas decorations, inside and out to experience Christmas one last time. Before you act like a Deranged Karen, know your facts

I left mine up until Easter one year because, well I procrastinate. The HOA sent me a love letter that I was in violation. I served them a 4 page, filed with the county, response that it was a violation of my first amendment rights because of their religious significance around Ash Wednesday, Lent, and Easter. Yes it was childish and took longer than taking the lights down. But, they haven’t contacted me since. 😜
