When I first moved into my house I didn't like that my neighbors fence was so close to my paved driveway . Before I said anything to them about moving the fence I checked our property lines . It seems that part of my driveway is actually on their property . I kept my mouth shut and became a good neighbor .

9ft block wall on one side 4 ft retaining wall with 6-foot block wall on top of it. I can't see my neighbors or hear them but I love them. Block walls make lovely Neighbors.

As a black man, that face enough Karens in my life and was called everything in the book and some that were made up... I had to tip my hat to a few comments because it was pretty clever.
I know your pain and I wish there was a pill that we can make these Karens take so they can realize they're acting crazy. I truly believe they're adding something to the fast-food industry that's making people lose common sense.

Gee, semi rural area. A bit of farming, some light industrial, some off roading, some horses and other live stock. That's normal activity and people live far enough from their neighbours to not bother them. And to top it off they had a dividing fence. That was not a nice neighbour.

my neighbor cut his grass at our property line and I saw a few flakes of his grass come on to my property and I just went Berserk and ran out of the house and put his grass back on his own property.

It is very important to have visible defined property borders with long lasting fences. I never liked chain linked fencing but that is the most long lasting accurate and easiest to repair fencing you can buy. I'm about to dump a couple of grand on some to define my property right now. It really stinks that people simply cannot respect other peoples property. They just were never raised right by their parents. Damn sad when you go through it.

Surprise he didn't file a restraining order against her because with that kind of harassment I wouldn't hesitate once in filing one.

We've lived in our house for almost 15 years and have had the best luck with our neighbors. I really hope that our next door neighbors on both sides never move. Having to deal with garbage like her every day would be a nightmare.

I would have her move it so that she would have to spend the money before she even tried to sell the house. People like her are the problem in America right now.. .THEY try to tell you what you can or cannot do on YOUR property. You are much nicer than I would have been.

I am having this problem on my farm with someone who is not even my neighbor. He crosses over my neighbor’s land to reach my land.

How hard is it to understand a property line? There usually straight you can just eye ball it from stake to stake. First thing put in a fence.
