The Northern part of Ghana has fed us all with so many AMAZING dishes. Think of waakye, Hausa Koko, Funla, Koose etc. And during their holy months, some of the affluent members of the community serve cooked cow meat to ANYONE willing to eat. Oh my goodness, I'm salivating just talking about this.

I think it used to be cooked covered with leaves which is healthy sad they now use plastic which so poisonous ☠️ but you have just brought back to me my late mum it was her best food she likes it so much R I P mum

Whoop whoop! This series is already living up to and surpassing the promo. Love the look of that meal. What a beautiful and natural way to steam too. Looks like I won't be short of nutritious vegetarian meals when I head North☺

It looks tasty and natural. I think they should cover the boiling pot with something that is not plastic. Another fantastic content. Looking forward to more.

This is one of my favorites local lol it tastes so good with dried pepper and onions fried in oil 😆😆😆😆
You should try Tubaani and wasawasa next.
So glad something other than fufu or banku has been highlighted on YT. 💜
