Question, Ty.... Do you have a training on the difference between pre and foreclosure, and if the property has been foreclosed on already, how does it end up on a site like Zillow and by whom.... is there a training on that?

Everytime I find a house I never get it it’s always my agent saying all the time it’s more offers on the property even if I’m the first one to spot the property I even offer more on the property and never get them smh

It’s not easy like said trust me it’s had offer on 2 property’s and got rejected had the proof of funds and even offer higher still offer was not accepted and it’s competition on every property u most likely to find

I seen a house selling for $700 on zillow. It says it's bank owned and is a foreclosure. I'm assuming it is going to cost more than $700, right?
