I've been wholesaling almost 3 years now and I was just petrified when talking about pre-forecIosures! Then someone gave me list full of pre-foreclosures and I became paralyzed! I could not wrap my head around the fact that properties with no equity or just as profitable. I knew there had to be a checklist I knew there had to be more to it but I did not want to start going to appointments and not knowing what I was talking about. Low and behold like always I pull up Pace and Bret and running things through my mentor, I believe I'm ready. 🎉🎉

I'm a Realtor and I LOVE this channel. I found it a week ago and I have been watching and rewatching your videos. I never felt comfortable cold calling or reaching out to sellers by phone because I never felt good with the scripts given by "mentors". The scrips seemed so cold and pushy. Instead, I love how patient you are to homeowners in distress and your empathy for them show through. I hope I can get comfortable as I continue to learn through your channels. I appreciate them. I know you put a lot of time and effort into these videos. But you do them for the love of community. Thank you!
