Thanks Mark. that is exactly what I do, I play 50 spins, unless I hit something big before and I cash out. More often than not I come out a little bit ahead or with a minor loss. I play 5 machines at a 100 dollar a pop maximum bet 2 dollars. Whatever is in the machine after 50 spins I hit the button and move on. I at least go home with something and sometimes more then I came with.

It doesn’t matter honestly. For entertainment purposes, more spins are better. If you have $100 budgeted to play, I wouldn’t recommend doing 4 $25 spins. You’re probably not going to get lucky and win that way. 100 spins at $1 is probably a better choice. Ultimately if you play long enough, you’ll lose it all but playing for 30 minutes vs 30 seconds is a big difference in entertainment value.

The only thing you can ABSOLUTELY control when playing slots IS YOUR BANKROLL. 1) Take the small wins, pocket them, DON'T FEED THEM BACK, and walk away. 2) Set your loss limit and live by it. Easier said than done, and something yours truly struggles with.

I personally try to average 20 spins/$100 for low to mid volatile games, no more than 5 lines. 50 to 100 spins/$100 for high volatile games, preferably 25 lines or less but no more than 50 lines. Ideal walk away targets at 10% increments above the $100 or lose it all. That's after choosing a machine carefully though. I probably get way too technical but it sure is a hell of alot of fun for me. The same logic applies for "free play." Lol

If I play dollar slots like 3-coin Blazing 7's, I will only put in $100 max and figure if I hit any 7's jackpot ($200 min) I'll at the very least double my money. If I play 2-coin $5 Top Dollar I usually start with $200 and add $100 at most. My idea is to put in enough $$ to give it a chance to hit, but not so much that even if I hit the bonus game or one of the jackpots I'll still be negative, that's how you end up chasing.🏃‍♂😂

I play on one machine and budget for 100 spins. As soon as I’m up 20 skins, I’m done for the day and consider myself a winner.
If I lose those 100 spins (via bankroll divided by 100), I’m done, and purposely do not come back for a while. Maybe a long while.
