I feel it’s as you described: hope can be good, but it can also lure us toward what is not meant to be. Thus, we get hurt on the rocks, we drown by following the mermaid’s song.

Hoping in the wrong things can be dangerous. The music is eerie, magical, dark, twisted, and kind, just as hope can be. I really love it ❤
