About SIREN:
“Siren” takes us inside Bristol Cove—a coastal town known for its legend of once being home to mermaids. When the arrival of a mysterious girl proves this folklore all too true, the battle between man and sea takes a very vicious turn as these predatory beings return to reclaim their right to the ocean. The series stars Alex Roe (“The 5th Wave”) as Ben, a bright marine biologist who finds himself drawn to a mysterious new girl in town, Ryn, played by Eline Powell (“Game of Thrones”), who is a strange young woman with a deep dark secret. Fola Evans-Akingbola (“An American Exorcism”) stars as Maddie, also a marine biologist who works with Ben, and is highly suspicious of Ryn. Ian Verdun (“Life’s a Drag”) stars as Xander, a deep sea fisherman on a quest to uncover the truth; and Rena Owen (“Star Wars” Episodes II and III) as Helen, the town eccentric who seems to know more about the mermaids than she lets on. Based on a story by Eric Wald and Dean White who both serve as executive produces. Emily Whitesell (“Finding Carter”) is on board as Showrunner and Executive Producer. Brad Luff, Nate Hopper and RD Robb are also attached as executive producers.

Ben is an addict, no matter his drug of choice, the song, the cells...ryn. At first I thought they were just writing his storyline as a obsessive mentall guy. But then I realized hes an addict.

HONESTLY they really just need to let Ben turn. He has been passionate about the ocean since he was a kid and still is. He deserves a tail AND Ryn. 💯🧜‍♂️👈

Well, he has mer genes doesn’t he? So this isn’t shocking to me. Powles (misspelled?) are related to them. The cells he taking would renew his potential.
But why didn’t Tia stay human? She said she was on land for a long time! I don’t want Ben and Ryan separated! But I don’t want Ryn land bound. Plus I don’t want this series to end anytime soon.

I don’t what to feel about this episode today....Why is everyone so excited for him to become a merman. Why do I feel like I’m the only one who sees what’s wrong with this picture? I feel like Ben is slowly losing it, and majority of the fanbase doesn’t see that.

He probably was already semi-transform in the water. And the attack he experience in the boat was the effect of going back to normal. He say to Ryn later in the episode that what he experience was the same as her when she transforms from siren to human.

I was cause I really thought that Ben was gonna get a tail and be able to FULLY metamorphose! I was also when Maddie freaked Ryn out so that she talked him into throwing them down the drain. Hopefully we get a season 4 and 5 because it's honestly OWED to the world at this point.
