Stuck Alone In A Cave - Anxiety Warning!

Sometimes we push it too far, this was one of those times. After rapelling into a cave, things went wrong down at the bottom of a flooded passage.

I will never understand the fascination / thrill with crawling around in cold, damp, extremely tight spaces. But that’s just me. Be safe out there guys.

The worst risk isn't so much the tight spaces. It's getting wet, getting lost and having those cold rocks suck the body heat out of you until you get so hypothermic that you cant move anymore and end up dead.

Once you get wet, the timer on your life starts for real.

I was laying in bed watching this. I suddenly felt claustrophobic and in a panic, violently kicked off my covers and blankets. Absolutely no way I could do this. Ever.

genuinely so confused as to how this video was able to make me feel actual panic when i’m just chilling in the comfort of my own bed 😭 started to feel super weird and borderline nauseous which i didn’t think was possible from simply watching a video like this one
