(24:09)

Proverbs 6:20-22
My son, watch over your father’s command,
And do not forsake the Torah of your mother.
21Bind them on your heart always;
Tie them around your neck.
22When you are walking about, it leads you;
When you lie down, it guards you.
And when you have woken up,
It talks to you.

Shalomo or Shlomo as rabbinites say knew that this commandment was not meant literally; that's why he used the Hebrew word for neck instead of "frontlets" or forehead. I'm sure he would not have changed the "Words" (command) of Elohim at the time; he used another word than in Deuteronomy 6:8 because he knew its not meant literal and that he's not changing the commandment. This means Shalomo was a Qaraite, not a rabbinite. And as Tovia Singer always like to say; I didn't sneak this into your bible - or in this case, your Tanachim.
I'm not even saying not to put on t'fillen. I know of some Qaraites who put on t'fillen, but the difference is they don't tell other biological Jews or those who converted to put on t'fillin because they know its not a literal commandment. Most Qaraites, or those who among us who keep these traditions do it because they were raised with it before they converted to Judaism or just like it.

My eyes have seen phylacteries.
D'varim 6.8 11.18 Sh'mot 13.16
I have seen these depicted as a little box tied the forearm.
I beleive if ypu learn and do Gods Commandments, they mark you.
The enemy copies God. Rev.13.16-17
Shalom

(Well) this (one) is English voices, but at least two of them are not Hebrews = those who "crossed-over" from religion, especially the 'rabbi'.

Phylacteries are weird! I seen a man in Israel with one, it was Black as night and weird looking! The man was super nice though and said he wore it when he prayed. About You though Nehemiah, are you battling health issues? please find more enthusiasm when Yehoshua calls us to fast for him. This will increase your health as a reward. Shalom Brother Nehemiah
