DO NOT Make These Mistakes: Scuba BCD Setup Tips and Tricks 1

We often see divers who are certified but maybe don't dive very often, struggle with the setup of the BCD and regulators. We decided to put together a short video that will remind you how to properly attach the BCD to the cylinder and connect the regs to the cylinder valve.

Isnt there a loop at the top of the BCD, by the handle, which should be looped over the tank nozzle/valve release ? So if that tank does get lose its still attached to be BCD and not to you via reg?

It's amazing how many rental regs are set up backwards.
I saw someone i knew setting up for a checkout dive and the 1st stage was hitting her head. I was moving the hoses around when her instructor came over probably thinking i was putting her kit together for her. Then stopped when he saw i fixed it.

What does PADI actually teach, making this kind of videos necessary?
