You make it seem so easy, I don't know why but I can't do any problem that involves 3 equations no matter what method I try to use

Correct. Typically, getting a matrix into row echelon is much easier than getting it into reduced row echelon.

D wasnt rref because row 1 was 1 3 0 * not 1 0 0 *
