The Matebook 13 weighs a mere 30 grams more than the Surface Laptop 2 and even 50 grams less than the X Pro. What is she talking about?
Edit: With a Matebook 13, I could leave my phone charger at home and use the Huawei charger for it. That's 60 grams saved compared to the Surface Laptop 2.
I don't own any Huawei products by the way, just in the market for a new laptop myself.

Having just purchased a signature edition, I am very happy and impressed with it, It does Include compact Mate dock 2.0: USB-A port, USB-C port, HDMI port and VGA port. Includes 1 year office 365 personal and 1 year manufacturer warranty. I use it with Serato Pro and it easily handles any thing the software can throw at it, I use an upgraded Hub running power, the pioneer controller, two 2 gb hard drives and a mouse with no usb dropouts or stutters. Overall very happy with my purchase

You complain that the display only gets 300nits, yet oled has abl dimming all really bright highlights down to 140nits..and only sustains 350ish nits. Funny how now low nits matter to engaget.

Hi and thanks a lot for the awesome review, even though the left port doesn't support display output, can we at least connect a dock with usb type a, Ethernet and/or SD card along with usb-c pass through charging?

just sent my Surface Laptop 2 back for a Matebook X Pro. Yes the Pro because the display is brighter and has much better resolution. Windows @200% scaling looks awesome

I was coming to conclusion that she was paid by apple to bash Huawei but then I realised its her true feedback. Though, try to brainstorm that what all the apple has copied from android phones in some last years.

What's wrong if you copy some hardware design from successful product line. Totally possible.

I put a Huawei sticker on my MacBook Pro. Apple is selling everything at prices with big chunk of profit with not much improvement. You just cannot charge a port adapter at $80. That's cruel to your customers.
