Yea, regularly virus scanning is healthy and can keep your computer running smoothly but it does not get you to 0 ping nor will it really reduce input delay at all. Maybe just a tiny bit but nothing noticeable. Installing/reinstalling drivers, getting faster and better hardware, troubleshooting, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, cleaning your drives C: and HDD and finding errors will most likely benefit for issues such as input delay. ( AMD has options to toggle to help deal with input delay and lag )

Edit: getting a higher bandwidth cable could definitely help!

What?!?...no malwarebytes doesn't "give you less input delay" people just uses it as an anti-virus yk...what it was made to do 💀...also malwarebytes doesn't uses a lot of resources if any while it's running it the background plus it tends to pick up viruses or like he said PUPs which regular windows defender might miss...long story short, an anti-virus doesn't give you less input delay...it just protects your pc💀

There is no such thing as “0 input delay” everything has a delay when you check end to end latency.

No YouTubers or pros want to say the truth. You’ll have to get a zen macro script, or macro script, or macro software or different mouse softwares. You’ll also have to get bloom reducer cheats. Etc. for macros you’ll be able to have macros for to build with 0 ping, it also allows you to edit much much faster, and it fixes scroll wheel reset delay. Then for bloom reducer it’s controller aim on keyboard.

Malwarebytes literally scans every exe while you're playing so it would actually increase input delay

You should not have any type of antivirus software open or running including the built in windows one while playing. That will fuck your input delay

this isnt actually true. Adding a backround app, or allowing it to run in the backround, is worse for delay. Even if it was running, it does nothing to help or decrease delay.
