7 runners to follow at The Canyons Endurance Runs by UTMB

As the first-ever UTMB World Series Major to be held in the USA, the determination to get to the finish line will be greater than ever with double the Running Stones on offer for all finishers 💎. The event also offers a unique opportunity for 225 runners to secure direct access to the UTMB World Series Finals by winning their respective age categories or finishing in the top ten men and women in the 🟥 100M, 🟩 100K or 🟧 50K race 🙌

The race has attracted a star-studded line-up, including Hayden Hawks 🇺🇸, who with a UTMB Index of 921 is the highest-ranked athlete preparing to take to the start across all races. He’ll face some tough competition in the 50K race, notably from the likes of Tom Evans (🇬🇧, UTMB Index 908), who took third place at UTMB in 2022, setting the stage for what is likely to be a tough battle all the way to the finish line in Auburn.

In the women's field, Emkay Sullivan (🇺🇸, UTMB Index 764) who wan last year 🟨 20K moves up on the 🟧 50K! On the 🟩 100K so many names stand out, starting with Yuri Yoshizumi (🇯🇵, UTMB Index 750), winner at Doi Inthanon Thailand by UTMB & 3rd at Nice Côte d'Azur by UTMB in 2022. Anna McKenna (🇦🇺, UTMB Index 743), winner at Ultra-Trail Australia by UTMB, and Ida Nilsson (🇸🇪 , UTMB Index 767) former Top 3 on the CCC back in 2018, will be also fighting at the front.

With this line-up, an electric atmosphere is guaranteed in a Chamonix-style festival as spectators head out in full force to cheer on all the incredible athletes across the four courses.
