I can relate, there are just some things that make it inherently worse, for me stress is a big one. I used to have tics that would only last 5-30 seconds and only happen a couple times in an hour when I dissociated. And they went down when I got some rest or slept or my dissociation went down. I had a provider who stressed me out so bad it affected my tics. Now they’re more noticeable in more intense, and the provider never owned up to their part in what happened (all I really wanted was an apology and acknowledgment of what they did). When that happened I ticked for at least four days with that intensity that I was having and it was difficult to get them go down. I have a tic where I bend my neck and the only way I could get that to go down was resting my head on a pillow, so it would soften the neck tics. I already carry stress in my neck and so those days were scary. When I was starting to feel better, I could tell that my abdomen was seizing because of all the support it had to provide. Also, because my provider never told me how to take care of them. I had to use the Internet to find what to do. And then the tics I was having stayed worse than it was before and I’m still getting new tics. It seems like they will never go away or stay at the intensity which I have them right now. That’s just what I’ve been through. Long and short of it is stress shows up and my tics go gurl I know you’ve been ticking already but look it’ll be so fun for it to get worse. I’ve always appreciated your channel and now that I have more severe tics so it’s nice to see the tic representation on YouTube for people who have psychological and or behavioral health problems ✌🏻🖤

this is kinda unrelated but I know you love jellycats and I was wondering if you've seen the trend where people bake cakes inspired by their jellycats? <3
