Imagine dancing inside a zangbeto and somebody in the crowd yells "let's torch da ting!" 😂

Even if there's a person inside it's still hella impressive cuz how is he able to see, breathe and even move effortlessly with all that weight... Gotta respect African culture 🙌🏼⚡👏🏽

When I was in Benin I dated a girl who danced in the Zangbeto and helped her build the costume. It is known by almost every except a few kids, that there is a person inside.

The one spinning with a stick on its head is originated from the Gambia. Yes there is a person inside but the mystery is how is he able to spin to the left and right consecutively for minutes and immediately rise and stand on its feet running around without being dizzy. This is pure African art that even Africans who are not involved do not understand. God bless Africa.

Every culture has ghosts, demons, and monsters. It shows how connected we are.

African cultures and traditions will always be demonised, but as Africans we appreciate and respect each and everyone's culture and beliefs.❤

It’s witchcraft because it’s African.

It’s just art. Nothing more Nothing less.
