Could you use Disney+ as an example because while Disney have adopted market penetration strategies now it was actually Disney’s acquisition of BAMTech in 2018 that made Disney+ posible and therefore goes against what your first paragraph says about acquiring/ takeovers of competition to increase market share as they have used backwards vertical integration to grow
