What a coinscidence: am giving my cat nowadays a little lump of coconutoil everyday ! Because he got bad breath and a tooth infection i thought of this as i'm using it myself for some time ( together with a snippet of celtic salt in stead of regular toothpaste) withe amazing results. So i thought maybe i can help him with it. Fortunately he likes the taste( for him without the celtic salt!) and it helps! But with the mint: what a good idea! Even better for bad breath thanks! 👍🏻

Hi Dr. My dog needs her teeth cleaned, shes 6 a rescue, ive tryed everything water treatment, chews, Ilive on a budget cant afford 2, 000. $ for PURDUE VET, Anything I could do at home. I feed her Blue Buff. dry and wet food, I want to keep her with good health. THANK YOU JACKIE FROM INDIANA

Detected some loose front teeth and 1 month too see vet. Started brushing her teeth with coconut oil. One has tightened. They are looking whiter. At least I feel like I can keep them from getting worse until the appt.

My dog got soemthing wrong with his lips I looked all over Google and found photos and it looks like my dogs mouth, it’s dry and crusty in little spots top and bottom left side and the black lip is missing and fur is gone and it’s bumpy and under the chin losing hair there to and looks like a pimple I hurd it’s mites but I can’t find any videos on how to fix it bc it’s the mussle/lip area do u know what’s wrong or how to fix it?

My cat has ulcer on his gums.he got it recently, it has white top looking like our ulcers.the vet said periodontal disease as his back most molar has plaque and a tiny bit red
I am thinking maybe it's because of the ulcers because I was brushing him everyday.i was using toothpaste then I discontinued and then used coconut oil and baking soda but people are saying u must have down the ulcers to your cat as baking soda is abrasive, it'll go back to normal so stop it's use .I have stopped it's use but now I have to give my cat antibiotics, steroid for one day only and nsaid to bring the inflammation down as soon as possible so that I can take my cat for a dental scaling procedure with laughing gas

My doggie likes raw veggies like green beans, carrots (tiny) and spinach leaves. I never thought of mint and coconut oil. Cool beans. Literally. lol Tysm
