Beautiful video, and shows the South Pacific as it is. French Polynesia had always been at the very apex of my wife's and my travel dreams. In June 2017 we had the trip of a lifetime that I can't imagine can be surpassed. My oldest friend has done very well in life and is part of a club that is kind of a timeshare for boat cruising. He chartered a 60 foot sailing catamaran and he invited ten of us; old friends, his adult kids and cousins. We had a skilled and friendly captain and mate. This was the absolutely perfect way to see these atolls, as Steve and Manjula did because when you anchor your boat in the lagoon you have the beautiful reef and motus on one side and the central volcanic island on the other. They say there are 14 shades of blue in these atolls. Just look at an aerial view and you'll believe it. Everyday was a level of beauty and G-d's grace that just made you feel peaceful and quiet. The diving was the best I'd ever done. As they said the depths in the lagoon went from shallow to about 100 feet, and then from just inside the reef, 20 or so feet over to the outside edge it could drop down 6, 000 feet into blue ocean. We saw the most beautiful and varied coral and fish life we've ever seen, including manta rays, eagle rays and sting rays, blacktip sharks (first time seeing sharks in the wild for me.) Then the evenings were gorgeous; cocktails on the upper deck, no light pollution and constellations I'd never seen before as I'd never been south of the Equator. The entire experience was like a week-long prayer. I'll always be grateful for it.

I lived in Fiji back in 1990, and still miss it today. The best time of my life, I should have stayed 🙁

We lived in the atolls for generations. Although it is always beautiful, I thank God our kind is not wiped by harsh cyclone disasters. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful video.

I'm from Palau and navigating around atolls and coral reef in unfamiliar places is definitely challenging. But you've done your homework well observing the color to indicate depth and keeping an eye of the current and the tide flow. 2 thumbs up to Nemo boogie!

I was born on an atoll island in the South Pacific. I also grew up there, but now I am living in the middle of a big continent here in mainland USA. How different life here is compared to life out there on the islands. Your clear and vivid videos just makes me feel like I am out there when I watch it. The only thing absent of course is the heat of the tropical sun that I know is always present at daytime. Hopefully I will go back one day to swim in the lagoon again before it is lost forever by the increasing sea level rise (if science predictions are correct). Thank you for sharing your adventures on those islands.

I think you guys have a great talent for making these observative documenaries. So many really beautiful shots which captured the characters of these animals. Lot of fun watching, thank you !

Spectacular scenery and video. I watched some of your other videos and they're all stunning. Someday I wish to do the same around the Papua new guinea, Solomon islands and such. A dream is to visit Anuta in the Solomon islands. Keep up the good work!

What a marvellous video.  Full of interesting facts and oh how simply amazing to have had the experience of these places and their wildlife in warm, clear blue waters and white deserted sandy beaches.  The memories will live with you forever.
