Travella, PAG-oh PAG-oh? I've heard it's pronounced PANG-oh PANG-oh, but is more often mispronounced PANG-go PANG-go. I was able to visit the Cook Islands in '87--specifically Rarotonga. What a beautiful place, and it's an overseas territory of New Zealand, like American Samoa is for us. Moorea is moe-RAY-ah, rather than MORE-ee-uh. Papeete is pa-pa-A-tay, rather than pa-PEA-tea. For the record, Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora are all part of the Society Islands group of French Polynesia, with the other 4 groups besides the Societys being the Tuamotus, Marquesas, Australs and Gambiers (GAM-be-ehs).
