I appreciate all the Gloomhaven comparisons. I agree there is a lot going on here that may be "better" than Gloomhaven, but the initiative track is one thing I feel Gloomhaven does way simpler (ie. better). This handles initiative in an interesting way, but it's way more fiddly looking to me.
