Tess really does think people will forget about her claiming she has anorexia like we all just be fuckin idiots - I don’t hate a lot of people, really no one….But this chick really does come close for me. Also, on the topic of sizes, Fit 'n' Full Fat channel just posted a wonderful video showing that these size numbers mean nothing and are completely arbitrary, and what size 24 is in one brand is insanely smaller or bigger than another brand; like, not even close in comparison. Your opening with that old picture of her wearing the "26" shirt is AMAZING. What a clap-back!

Also, I love the knowledge about the waist-to-height ration. I never thought of that. I'm happy to see I'm smack dab in the middle of the green even though I feel like I'm too fat sometimes (My BMI is 24.2~ so I could still stand to lose some ^-^)

Im 5’5” and 120 or so lbs. I’ve been this height and weight since I was 16 and I’m currently 21. I can fit anywhere from a size 0-12 depending on the brand. Clothing sizes are bs.

I have lost 110 lbs the last few years. During that time I wore the same clothes until the last 10 or so lbs. All of a sudden nothing fit in the last 2 months and as I lose more they are getting loose much more rapidly.

I recently bought a pair of size 12 jeans that are a couple inches smaller than the size 10 jeans they were replacing. Women's sizes are completely arbitrary. You just have to try stuff on until something fits. I'm sure somewhere there are size 6 jeans that would fit me, even though in most cases I'm not a size 6 just like in most jeans I'm not really a size 12. Either way, anyone with eyes and common sense can see Tess' weight is at the point that it's going to negatively affect her quality of life/health. A lower number on an item of clothing isn't going to change that.

I bought a dress in torrid size 0 when I was 315 pounds. It fit and looked nice! That dress continued to fit me and look nice when I was at my lowest weight, 175 pounds. Plus sizes are weird.

I knew I went up a pants size, if I gained 8 (ish) pounds and couldn’t figure out why larger people (…sorry, ahem, people living in a larger body 😉) could gain/lose substantial weight and stay in the same clothes. It makes sense now. Cool!
